• Ability to negotiate and close candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from screening to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address client objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit-to-hire targets are met.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reporting.
