Job summary

GROHE Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional.

The role covers management of the end-to-end supply chain, planning with plants and suppliers, and data-driven optimization to improve service levels and inventory structures. You will drive process improvements and collaborate across functions in an agile, international environment. Key responsibilities include developing new processes with design thinking, presenting results to leadership, and working remotely

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in production planning, materials planning, and logistics.
• Experience in international projects and global logistics processes.
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 MM and PP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain using key indicators such as service level and inventory structure.
• Oversee planning and ordering processes with plants and suppliers.
• Proactively implement countermeasures for performance gaps.
• Use and further develop advanced logistics tools.
• Analyze data and present results as a Data Specialist.
• Lead smaller projects to successful completion.
• Develop and implement new processes using design thinking.
• Prepare and validate board presentations.
