Job summary

BD is seeking a Supplier Excellence Manager to drive measurable improvements across supplier performance, partnering with Category Management, Supplier Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Operations. This remote-based role favors candidates near Wroclaw for occasional in-office collaboration.

Requirements include a technical bachelor’s degree, 6–10 years in supplier development or related fields, and Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications. English and Spanish fluency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent certification.
• CQE, CSSBB, or CMQ/OE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness.
• Lead supplier improvement plans and Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to drive productivity and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with BD Excellence tools and DTV initiatives.
