Job summary

InPost is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to raise the quality bar across our mobile app and backend domains. You will shape architecture for testability, own quality gates, and lead a culture where engineers own quality as a business outcome.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep engineering skills, cross-team influence, and a strong focus on AI governance and reliable delivery in a scale‑out ecommerce logistics product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with multi-team impact.
• Proven mobile testing experience (iOS/Android).
• Owns quality and reliability as a discipline.
• Shifts left in engineering workflows and processes.
• Hands-on coding with deep technical respect from teams.
• Leads technical and process change across teams.
• Hands-on AI risk assessment and governance.
• Fluent in English for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own quality and reliability strategy across domain.
• Architect for testability from API to native mobile clients.
• Embed quality gates in release pipelines and runtimes.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-team quality initiatives.
• Drive AI governance and responsible usage in engineering.
