VIATechnik seeks a Technical Team Leader in Katowice to lead software development and project coordination. This role requires hands-on coding, managing a small team, and high-level architectural decisions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with C#, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and a solid understanding of relational databases. You will work fully remote with monthly pay ranging from PLN 17,000 to PLN 20,000, plus comprehensive benefits like a Luxmed medical package and 26 vacation days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing web and/or desktop applications.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Strong engineering skills.
• Ability to design system architecture and make decisions around infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Develop web and/or desktop applications in line with project requirements.
• Act as the lead developer for software projects.
• Manage a team of 2-5 developers in executing project-related tasks.
• Create technical documentation and diagrams.
• Communicate with the client regarding technical details of the software project.
