You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and craft effective search strategies for senior roles. This is a fully remote, fixed-term six-month role. English and another language (German, French, Spanish or Italian) are required, plus strong sourcing and negotiation skills. The position supports diverse, global staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Experience advising and driving recruitment outcomes in a consultative capacity.
• Experience hiring senior individual contributor through director level.

Responsibilities

• Define job requirements with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Screen, assess, and guide candidates through interview stages and offers.
