Job summary

Look4IT is building a new SAP implementation unit in Poland and seeks an experienced SAP EWM Principal Consultant to join early, shaping the team as it forms. You will lead end-to-end EWM projects within S/4HANA transformations and work with a bench of experienced colleagues.

You will design EWM integration with broader SAP modules, run workshops, and contribute to delivery standards while enjoying fully remote work on European programmes and limited travel when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP consulting experience.
• Proven delivery record across EWM design, customization and integration—full lifecycle, not only support.
• Strong grounding in logistics and warehouse business processes, mapped to SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to run presentations, training sessions and design workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical writing—configuration guides and specifications to an enterprise standard.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, cross-border delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex SAP EWM projects end to end: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Advise clients on EWM best practice, warehouse strategy and implementation methodology at principal-consultant level.
• Design integration between EWM and the wider SAP landscape with MM, PP, SD, TM and QM colleagues.
• Design and configure EWM to MES production integration, including advanced production integration scenarios.
• Write documentation that holds a programme together: functional specs, configuration guides, training material.
• Run design workshops and training sessions with client business and IT stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support for live EWM solutions — troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to how the new Polish unit works: delivery standards, reusable assets and mentoring of less experienced consultants.
