Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products, coordinating with Engineering, Product, QA, and customer-facing teams. The role requires 4+ years of release management experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments.

You will define release governance, optimize branching and versioning strategies, and drive improvements in deployment automation and CI/CD processes, while maintaining release documentation

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven release management experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Experience releasing SaaS/cloud-native products.
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows, branch management, and release versioning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, candidates, deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
• Define and improve release processes, governance, and standards.
• Optimize branching and versioning strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering to ensure release readiness.
• Maintain release docs, runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Monitor release metrics and improve quality and efficiency.
• Serve as accountable owner of Frontline release management.
