Job summary

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Release & Program Management to mature our release management and programs. In this role you’ll lead a small TPM team, partner with Engineering, Product and Design, and report to the Chief Product Officer.

You’ll drive predictable releases, scale processes, and ensure customer outcomes are exceptional with AI-driven efficiency across SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Release Management, Program Management, QA and/or Product Operations.
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach—balancing team leadership with hands-on ownership of key initiatives.
• Strong track record of executing complex, cross-functional programs from alignment through launch.
• Experience evolving and improving processes that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, bridging departments and ensuring transparency.
• AI fluency and experience with AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Be Wrapbook’s Release Manager: manage release process across Engineering, Product, Design, Client Ops and GTM.
• Lead as a Player‑Coach: mentor TPMs, stay hands-on, set high execution bar.
• Drive Clear Communication & Foster Alignment: ensure updates, risks, decisions are conveyed clearly across departments.
• Measure and Improve Impact: define release success and apply insights to future launches.
• Drive Program Execution: identify where TPMs add value and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Support Key Accounts: oversee programs for critical customer accounts across Eng, Product, and Design.
• Continuously Improve: identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve predictability.
• Champion AI‑Powered Ways of Working: promote AI fluency and automation to accelerate output.
