Job summary

Finom seeks a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to oversee daily funding, settlement and reconciliation across SEPA, instant payments, cards, and international transfers. You will lead a small team, designing money flows for new products and ensuring safeguarding and regulatory reporting are solid.

You will work with product and engineering on money movement, escalation processes, and end-to-end control to prevent mismatches, with remote/hybrid work options across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
• Builder's mindset: automated processes with engineers.
• Escalation: handle money-impacting payment incidents with banks, schemes and internal teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
• Funds-flow engineering: design money flows for new products or rails, including accounts and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform settlement and reconciliation day to day to ensure every euro is where it should be.
• Treasury operations: daily funding of payment channels and buffers, enabling safe rollout of new schemes.
• Reconciliation across banks, card schemes, processors and custodians with automation.
• Safeguarding and reporting to protect client money and ensure regulatory reporting.
• Funds-flow engineering for new products, markets and partners before launch.
