Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of electronic discovery in its Wroclaw-based Legal Solutions team. You will handle ingestion, quality control, production, and review tasks, working under deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

At least two years’ experience in the litigation support industry is required.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
Strong understanding of MS Office applications, basic UNIX, Windows, hardware, networking, and delimited files is required.
Bachelor’s degree or final year student, preferably in computer/technical or legal field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily tasks and workflows within the department.
Load, Process and Search client data in many different file formats.
Proficient in conducting searches of electronic data using proprietary tools.
Troubleshoot data issues and carry out complex data analysis with minimal assistance.
Create end user, workflow, and technical documentation.
Generate reports for senior management and clients.
