Epiq is seeking an Operations Analyst in Poland to provide technical support across the full EDRM lifecycle, including data ingestion, quality control, and production. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment, using proprietary and third-party eDiscovery tools to load, search, and analyze client data.
The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and reporting to senior management, with a Friday–Tuesday shift from 5pm to 1am CET and eligibility to work in Poland.

The Operations Analyst role is to provide technical support for the full lifecycle of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM) including ingestion of data, quality control, document production and document review projects. The position will require attention to detail, multi-tasking, analytical skills, as well as someone who works well in a team. The candidate must be able to work under the pressure of strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The Compensation range for this role is 6,000zl up to 7,000zl per month or 84,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.

The successful individual must be authorised to work in Poland for any employer and must all be a current resident in Poland.
