Job summary

Haleon is recruiting an eDiscovery Specialist to join the Global Digital Forensics team in Poland. This role drives end-to-end eDiscovery across litigation, regulatory, and internal investigations, collaborating with legal and cybersecurity teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in eDiscovery, knowledge of Relativity, Exterro, and OpenText, and a strong grasp of GDPR and EDRM frameworks. A hybrid work model with Poznań office presence is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering eDiscovery services with cybersecurity exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Exterro, OpenText eDiscovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery process: data collection, processing, review, and production of ESI.
• Collaborate with legal to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies.
• Identify and preserve relevant data sources in response to litigation or regulatory requests.
• Process and load data into eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Exterro, OpenText).
• Perform data culling, filtering and deduplication to reduce review volumes.
• Conduct quality control to ensure accuracy and defensibility of productions.
• Maintain chain of custody documentation and compliance with standards.
• Assist with document review workflows and keyword analytics.
• Troubleshoot data processing and review tool issues.
• Develop automation of data collection/processing for efficiency.
