Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail‑oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team, focusing on cyber breach document review. The ideal candidate will work closely with data analysts to assist in producing high‑quality deliverables, translating client requests into actionable directives, and ensuring smooth project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem‑solving and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review and assess cyber breach‑related documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist Data Analysts: Collaborate with data analysts to support the production of deliverables, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client specifications.
  • Client Request Translation: Work with clients to understand and translate their requirements into clear directives for the team, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues in the review process and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall quality.
Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred (but not required):
    • Experience with SQL for data querying.
    • Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
    • Previous experience in document review or quality control, particularly in data‑related fields.

The Compensation range for this role is 9,000zl up to 10,000zl per month or up to 120,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.

We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

The successful individual must be authorised to work in Poland for any employer and must all be a current resident in Poland.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location‑based market rate for the role
  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification
  • Performance during screening and interview
  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
