Lime is seeking a Senior Manager of Vehicle Engineering to lead a dynamic hardware team developing our next generation of shared micromobility vehicles. You will influence roadmaps, architectures, partnerships, and investments while guiding the lifecycle from concept through production and field performance.

This is a remote role with regular visits to EU engineering offices and occasional travel to Lime’s global offices and supplier sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in hardware development.
• Experience in transportation/small vehicle design preferred.
• Experience with motors, controls, sensors and electro-mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a high-performance hardware team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Shape roadmaps, architectures, and technology investments.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to qualification and field performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vehicle features and requirements.
• Manage ODM/JDM supplier relationships and projects.
