Fyul is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee multiple squads, partner with Product Managers, and drive technical strategy across teams. You will shape project goals, requirements, and architectural decisions while mentoring engineers and fostering a high-performing culture.

You will collaborate with Design and Product to discover opportunities, prioritize work, and ensure delivery quality in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

• Experience leading engineering teams in a product company.
• Proven ability to deliver complex products in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong product mindset with discovery experience.
• Strong technical judgment for architecture decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineers with clear expectations and feedback.
• Co-own product outcomes with Product and Design in discovery and prioritization.
• Challenge assumptions and balance business value, speed, and sustainability.
• Own engineering execution from planning to delivery and post-launch learning.
• Drive predictable delivery via prioritization and risk transparency.
• Shape technical direction and contribute to engineering improvements.
