After onboarding, you will delegate execution to the campaign management team while monitoring performance, client retention, and team development. You will leverage our influencer network across Europe, APAC, and Latin America to unlock

• Inbound strategy and commercialization: lead intro calls, qualify organic leads, translate client visions into proposals and RFPs.
• Seamless client onboarding: structure campaign roadmaps, align deliverables with client goals, hand off daily operations to the execution team.
• Campaign oversight and retention: monitor campaigns to maximize budgets, achieve performance metrics, and retain clients.
• Global creator network: leverage influencer access across Europe, APAC, and Latin America.
• Team operations and delegation: establish agile processes and delegate tasks to Campaign Managers and Assistants.
• Mentorship and upskilling: train and guide team members to improve delivery and growth.
