A Senior Fullstack Developer will build and scale features for millions of donations, leveraging Node.js, React, and TypeScript to create donation widgets, portals, and admin dashboards with an emphasis on quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript and its runtime.
• Expert-level proficiency with React and its ecosystem.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js (Koa/NestJS preferred).
• Experience with Webpack and performance profiling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend features using React and Node.js.
• Develop core products including donation checkouts and donor portals.
• Architect components that scale across millions of transactions.
• Write clean, well-documented, thoroughly testable code.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape the roadmap.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Actively use AI to improve work and outcomes.
