Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) to join the SIMPL Programme for a 6-month B2B contract. You will work on secure, modular data platform integrations with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React and Kafka in an international team.

The role is fully remote with access to all required tools and equipment. Requirements include 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong REST API design, Kafka, React/TypeScript, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain backend services using Java 21, Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop and maintain REST APIs and platform integrations.
• Build and support event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and optimize application interactions with relational databases.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, JUnit and secure coding practices.
