Job summary

N-iX is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a Fortune 100 multinational project in Europe. You will design and build the data lake platform, ingesting and transforming data from diverse sources to enable analytics, personalization, and insights at scale.

Role emphasizes hands-on development with DBT, Python, and Snowflake, plus data modeling, security, and privacy controls. You’ll collaborate with global teams and product owners to deliver robust data solutions across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, CS, Economics or related field.
4+ years of data engineering experience with strong Python
Hands-on with DBT, Snowflake, data modeling and data lakes.

Responsibilities

Hands‑On Development: build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines.
Design scalable data models and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate designs into implementation.
Ensure data quality, security, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
Work with global teams to integrate data across platforms and regions.
Develop pipelines for analytics, reporting, and segmentation.
Monitor data readiness and performance across the platform.
