Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance analytics, BI solutions, and actionable market insights that measure and improve Global Service performance. The role leverages data, automation, predictive analytics, and AI methods to support strategic decisions.

Part of the EMEA Service organization and remote, you will report to the Senior Manager Transformation EMEA and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or similar.
• Strong data visualization and analytics tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Experience with large datasets and turning business needs into insights.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, forecasting tools, and dashboards to monitor and predict service performance.
• Partner with Global, Regional, and Local Service teams to align metrics across scorecards and reporting systems.
• Translate complex operational data into meaningful BI insights to drive service excellence and improvement.
• Develop benchmarking analyses and performance reports to identify best practices and support initiatives; apply AI/ML techniques.
• Implement automated data pipelines, reporting workflows, and self-service analytics to improve efficiency and scale.
