Job summary

Zscaler in Poland is seeking a Sr. Technical Success Manager to guide customers through the Zero Trust journey. This remote role reports to the Manager of Technical Success Management and focuses on post-sales adoption of Zscaler solutions for public sector partners.

You will build relationships with customer stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and lead complex escalations while driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced security environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role in cloud/security fields.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to align customer challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for desired business and security outcomes.
• Experience analyzing customer data to derive adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic alignment between objectives and Zscaler goals.
• Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best practices for integration and operation of Zscaler solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to manage complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Identify adoption insights and develop risk mitigation plans with Zscaler teams for long-term customer success.
• Create and share intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks, to strengthen the CS team’s impact.
