Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Network Security Product team in Poland. You will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Secure Access Network Services, guiding the evolution of network access control, identity-driven security, segmentation, and authentication across global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering focusing on network security.
• Hands-on with Cisco ISE, TrustSec, and 802.1X/Dot1x.
• Experience deploying Palo Alto NGFWs with SSL decryption and threat prevention.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and GitHub.
• Proficient in Python for automation of security infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, routing and switching.
• Advanced English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term technical roadmap for network access aligned with Zero Trust security architecture.
• Translate security requirements into actionable, scalable technical initiatives and policies.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust authentication using 802.1X, EAP-TLS, RADIUS, and MFA.
• Integrate security platforms with enterprise Identity Providers for seamless authentication flows.
• Lead lifecycle management of Cisco ISE deployments, including upgrades and optimization.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and dashboards to track health and compliance.
• Advocate for Infrastructure-as-Code to speed deployments and consistency.
