Fundraise Up is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to amplify engineering output by driving adoption of AI-assisted development, coaching engineers, and building internal integrations. You will scale enablement through a network of AI champions, unblock blockers, and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
• Deep hands-on fluency with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience taking internal integrations from prototype to production independently.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to completion.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, and workshops.
• Scale through a network of embedded AI champions to broaden impact.
• Unblocking and feedback loop: surface blockers and escalate systemic issues.
• Build internal AI integrations and reusable tooling (Node.js/TypeScript, MCP).
• Evaluation of AI tools, models, and internal integrations; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Define and track adoption metrics and produce dashboards.
