Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years in accounting with hands-on month-end close ownership.
• Experience with US GAAP and US clients or entities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and core financial reporting for one or more entities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset schedules; maintain reconciliations.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow support under US GAAP; explain movements to leadership.
• Maintain audit readiness with documentation and PBC schedules.
• Drive process improvements including use of AI/automation in close workflows.
