NCR Atleos Corporation is seeking a Senior GL (A2R) Accountant in Warsaw for a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will support period-end close for U.S.-based entities within a European accounting team, gaining exposure to U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.

You will partner with U.S. accounting and FP&A, lead site activities for the North America Controllership Team, and contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualificações

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger or R2R.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and exposure to SOX-controlled environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Perform close activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly) per U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations with documentation and variance explanations.
• Post and verify journal entries including accruals and prepayments.
• Support group reporting, intercompany reconciliation, and eliminations.
• Collaborate with U.S. accounting and FP&A to resolve close questions.
• Assist audits (SOX testing) with schedules and explanations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and close efficiency.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports as needed.
