Job summary

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking a Scientific Quotation Manager to join the Sales & Marketing team. This role does not include laboratory activities and focuses on technical and commercial support, quotation management, and customer contact (phone and email) in the Medical Device Market.

You will work with internal units to formulate proposals, manage ongoing activities, and handle CRM data while supporting interdepartmental communications. Remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Biology, or other scientific degree.
• Fluent knowledge of English - written and spoken; German or Spanish would be a plus.
• Possibility to work from home office.
• Good knowledge of information technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Direct contacts with Intercompany customers.
• Quote emission and follow-up.
• Assistance and sales support in communications with Customers, in the formulation of commercial proposals and in the follow-up of requests for quotation and/or sample management.
• Management of sales lists.
• Master data management and customer requests in CRM.
• Managing customer orders.
• Interface with figures belonging to different business departments for the solution of logistic and/or administrative issues.
