Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP BODI Expert to lead enterprise-grade ETL solutions, integrating data across SAP and non-SAP systems to enable real-time BI and analytics. This is a remote position, with teams across finance, hospitality, staffing, and logistics.

You will design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows, ensure data quality, and optimize performance while collaborating with BI, analytics, and business units to fuel digital decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SAP BODI or Data Services (BODS).
• Expertise in ETL design, data profiling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW and external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows using SAP BODI.
• Build robust data pipelines between ERP, CRM, legacy systems, and data warehouses.
• Integrate BODI with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP BW, Oracle, SQL Server, and other platforms.
• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and error handling across ETL processes.
• Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to enable real-time decision-making.
