Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP IS-CP (Consumer Products) Expert to implement and optimize systems across manufacturing, distribution, trade promotion, and customer engagement for our consumer brands. You'll drive agility, visibility, and digital control across the value chain—from shelf to supply—while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote setup.

4+ years of hands-on SAP IS-CP experience in FMCG/CPG or retail are required, along with deep knowledge of TPM, SAP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP IS-CP experience in FMCG/CPG or retail
• Deep knowledge of sales planning, promotion budgeting, and distribution logistics
• Experience integrating SAP with analytics tools and mobile/retail front ends
• Familiarity with S/4HANA for Consumer Products and real-time inventory/pricing

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP IS-CP solutions for demand planning and retail distribution
• Configure TPM, order-to-cash, and supply chain execution processes
• Integrate SAP IS-CP with SD, MM, PP, and CRM for omnichannel operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to digitize core operations and insights
• Ensure compliance, performance, and automation across consumer workflows
