Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP HR/HCM functional experience, including full life-cycle implementations.
• Strong configuration skills across core SAP HR modules (PA/OM, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS).
• Experience working on defence, security, MOD ETC., or other regulated/government programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of SAP HCM/HR solutions.
• Manage and coordinate functional teams and external vendors.
• Ensure SAP HR configuration meets defence security protocols.

Skills

SAP HR/HCM functional experience
