XTB, a global fintech employer in Warsaw, seeks an experienced SAP Consultant (Application Engineer) to lead the SAP implementation and ongoing maintenance as the general ledger system. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include configuring SAP, data migrations, integrations, and ensuring high-quality processes.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SAP as a general ledger system.
• Hands-on SAP implementation experience from scratch.
• Understanding of accounting and controlling processes (GL, CO, COA).
• Able to translate business requirements into SAP configuration and solutions.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SAP processes internally.
• Experience integrating SAP with other systems and managing financial data flows.
• Ability to verify and challenge solutions delivered by external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and project-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication with accounting/finance stakeholders.
• Ownership, proactivity and structured approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Support SAP implementation as general ledger system at XTB.
• Translate accounting and procurement requirements into SAP configuration and system processes.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners and assess solutions for quality fit.
• Work with Accounting, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams.
• Support data migration, integrations and data flows between SAP and other systems.
• Configure, maintain and develop SAP processes post-implementation.
• Take ownership of topics, identify risks and propose solutions.
• Support long-term development of the SAP environment at XTB.
