Red Global is seeking an experienced SAP DMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join a global support team. This remote EU role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and SAP DMS integration with light development work. 6-12 month initial contract with likelihood of extension.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication and collaboration with technical and functional teams to maintain system stability across integrated document management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd & 3rd line support for SAP DMS incidents.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve SAP DMS issues.
• Support SAP document management processes and integrated document management solutions (EndScale).
• Monitor and validate XML message generation and processing.
• Investigate interface issues between SAP and external systems.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
• Execute functional, regression and integration testing.
• Support SAP document interfaces and document processing.
• Deliver minor SAP enhancements and developments (approximately 20% of workload).
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to improve system stability.
