Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.
• Provide technical oversight across Salesforce stacks (FSC, Sales, Service).
• Review solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and customization strategies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
• Monitor testing cycles and release planning.
• Oversee configuration and development activities including Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and project success metrics.
