Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud expertise to drive requirements gathering, process design and solution validation across a global CRM transformation spanning Marketing, Sales and Customer Support domains.

You will map current and future-state processes, prepare user stories with acceptance criteria, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with regional leads while ensuring GDPR data visibility and compliant opt-in flows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce or other enterprise CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of at least one Salesforce cloud such as Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in Agile delivery with 2-week sprints and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Customer Support domains.
• Map current-state and future-state processes across the Lead-to-Order lifecycle from Prospect to Resolution.
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria in Given/When/Then format.
• Facilitate workshops and note-taking during regional scope reviews across EMEA, NA/SA and APAC/India/China.
• Coach other Business Analysts to translate L1–L3 requirements into implementable user stories mapped to Salesforce clouds.
• Facilitate solution validation activities including sprint demos and UAT preparation.
• Maintain requirements documentation using client tooling for backlog management and design documentation.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Regional Leads to capture variations while aligning with Global Core.
• Contribute to GDPR-related design decisions covering data visibility and opt-in flows.
