Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Product Owner/PM with Salesforce expertise to build and enhance Salesforce-based solutions supporting employees, managers, and operations across international teams. You will translate business needs into practical features and align with stakeholders across multiple countries.

You will own the backlog, define priorities, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive adoption through change management.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, BA, or Salesforce consultant with a business focus.
Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
Experience managing backlogs and prioritising requirements.
Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
Ability to bridge business stakeholders and tech teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with product teams.
Excellent English and Polish communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud.
Managing the product backlog and defining priorities with business stakeholders.
Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
Analyzing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements.
Driving communication with stakeholders across countries and business areas.
Monitoring product adoption and feedback, identifying improvement opportunities.
Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and change adoption.
