Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal/relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.

• Able to communicate with both engineers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key technologies.
• Conduct onboarding to assess supplier capabilities (materials, tolerances, scale).
• Build relationships with partners across Asia and other global markets.
• Engage companies developing new products to explain design services and matchmaking.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams to identify opportunities.
• Maintain CRM and track leads, suppliers, and opportunities.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on supplier capabilities and needs.
