Job summary

Trustbridge Design & Manufacturing is seeking a Sales Representative based in Mexico to grow our supplier network and identify new business opportunities. You will work remotely with leadership in California to connect product innovators with qualified manufacturing partners.

This consultative role focuses on developing relationships with startups and established manufacturers, guiding them through engineering, sourcing, and production decisions, and driving growth for our global platform.

Qualifications

Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar roles.
Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key production technologies (CNC Machining, Additive Manufacturing, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Precision Manufacturing).
Onboard conversations to understand supplier capabilities and specialization.
Develop relationships with manufacturers in Mexico and international markets.
Expand Trustbridge's network of qualified production partners.
Engage startups, product developers, engineering teams, and established companies with Trustbridge's solutions.
Help customers identify the right manufacturing partners for their projects and support product development, prototyping, and production sourcing.
