Job summary

SIMPLEX Recruitment Ltd is representing a polymer distributor recruiting a Sales Manager to grow polyolefin sales in Poland. The role is home-office based with regular customer visits across northern Poland, developing polypropylene and polyethylene sales and introducing a new supplier’s portfolio.

You will identify prospects, build a strong pipeline, manage selected accounts, and coordinate with service, logistics and product management to meet volume, revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in polyolefins, polymer distribution or plastics.
• Strong knowledge of polypropylene/polyethylene applications and markets.
• Fluent Polish and good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the supplier’s polyolefins portfolio to Polish customers.
• Develop sales of polypropylene and polyethylene across northern Poland.
• Identify and acquire new customers in relevant processing markets.
• Build a pipeline of new commercial opportunities.
• Manage relationships with selected existing customers and coordinate with service, logistics and product teams.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, volumes and terms.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across northern Poland.
