Job summary

Trustbridge, a Vulcury LLC venture, seeks a Philippines-based Sales Engineer to manage sourcing and sales across China and Southeast Asia. You’ll turn RFQs into winning quotes and match jobs with capable factories while earning commissions on closed orders.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Asia venture lead and product team, owning live deals from RFQ to delivery. Strong English and regional sourcing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales engineering, technical sales, international sourcing or supplier development.
• Engineering degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience sourcing from or selling into China/Southeast Asia with supplier networks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, export docs and freight coordination.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent written and spoken English with US/global stakeholders.
• Mandarin or other SEA languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, technical drawings and BOMs to assess manufacturability.
• Prepare competitive quotes balancing pricing, lead times and margin.
• Be the technical point of contact for customers on processes, materials and tolerances.
• Follow up quotes, negotiate terms and push deals to close.
• Identify new opportunities among companies sourcing from China and SEA.
• Build and manage a network of manufacturers for regional sourcing.
