Trustbridge is seeking a Manufacturing Strategy & Supplier Development Intern to work remotely, supporting RFQ reviews, supplier onboarding, and vendor coordination. The role offers exposure to live projects and direct impact on manufacturing partnerships.

You will collaborate with the CEO, Asia venture lead, and product team to map capabilities across India and Southeast Asia, gaining hands-on startup experience in a global context.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English required for supplier and internal calls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willingness to take ownership and execute with minimal supervision.
• MBA student or recent MBA is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, technical drawings, and BOMs.
• Identify suitable suppliers based on process, capability and capacity.
• Communicate with manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, casting, etc.).
• Assess supplier strengths, lead times, and pricing logic.
