Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, or LMS administration.
• Hands-on administrator experience with at least one commercial LMS such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and deliver paid engagements covering LMS administration and technical configuration.
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders and turn the output into statements of work with defined milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Run engagements across HR, IT, and L&D teams while ensuring milestones are met and budgets tracked.
