Job summary

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting) for a full-time role based in Europe. The position involves leading regulatory reporting implementations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and collaborating with project managers to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

The role requires hands-on SQL, 2+ years in FinTech/regulatory reporting, and strong English communication. Flexible in-office/remote work is available within Europe, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in finance, CS, business or related field.
• 2+ years delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions with hands-on implementation experience.
• Hands-on SQL, data manipulation, validation and testing for reporting or business logic.
• Banking/financial services background with understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong client relationship management and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate planning, priorities and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, timelines and execution.
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations and client requirements.
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise and continuous process improvement.
