The role requires hands-on SQL, 2+ years in FinTech/regulatory reporting, and strong English communication. Flexible in-office/remote work is available within Europe, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in finance, CS, business or related field.
• 2+ years delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions with hands-on implementation experience.
• Hands-on SQL, data manipulation, validation and testing for reporting or business logic.
• Banking/financial services background with understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong client relationship management and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate planning, priorities and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, timelines and execution.
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations and client requirements.
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions, with hands-on experience implementing AxiomSL, WKFS, Moody’s, or Regnology products.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation, validation, and testing of reporting or business logic.
• Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Will be a plus

• IT-related background gained through formal education or hands-on experience.
• Experience coordinating delivery activities or leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with financial regulations across European markets.
