Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a fully remote role. You’ll coordinate interviews, manage trackers, and act as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, and clients. Strong organizational skills and a comfort with independent work are essential.

Work from home with a freelance-friendly setup. The position emphasizes speed, detail, and remote collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Organized, efficient, and able to manage priorities.
Confident communicating with candidates, recruiters, and clients.
Tech-savvy with spreadsheets, trackers, and scheduling tools.
Independent worker who can solve problems without instructions.
Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing taxes/benefits.
Hardware requirement: computer with 16 GB RAM (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback.
Serve as main point of contact for talent solutions, sales, and client services regarding recruitment queries.
Manage interview scheduling and reminders to candidates.
Handle admin tasks: monitoring interview requests, updating trackers, and managing chat spaces.
