Job summary

Pentoz is hiring a Quickbase Developer for a remote position, leading the design and implementation of custom business apps across staffing, hospitality, finance, and IT services. You will automate workflows and enable real-time decision-making without traditional coding.

You will own app development lifecycle, integrate with external platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-driven solutions in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience building apps on Quickbase or similar low-code platforms.
• Ability to translate business processes into efficient app logic and interfaces.
• Familiar with formulas, pipelines, data relationships and role-based access control.
• Experience in project ownership and working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• App Development: Build robust business applications on Quickbase or similar platforms.
• Workflow Automation: Create pipelines, notifications, scheduled reports and integrations.
• Data Management: Design relational data structures and optimize forms, roles, and access permissions.
• Integration: Connect Quickbase with external platforms (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Sheets, SQL, APIs).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, prototype, iterate, and train users.
