Job summary

People More is hiring a QA & Integration Test Engineer to join our team in Kraków or remotely. You will design and execute functional, integration, and acceptance tests, review requirements, and collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure quality across projects for clients worldwide.

This role involves creating test cases, maintaining test documentation, and contributing to test automation initiatives, with occasional travel to Oman for customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios from requirements and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Ability to identify risks and proactively address quality issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with test automation.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and databases.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications.
• Very good English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel to Oman for customer implementations, with trips lasting up to 2-3 weeks when required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
• Design and maintain test cases based on business and technical documentation.
• Review and align test scenarios with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Prepare test sets for customer acceptance testing.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Support performance and scalability testing activities.
• Identify quality risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Execute tests and document results using Jira and other testing tools.
• Report and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare regular test reports and quality metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Identify automation opportunities and support test automation initiatives.
