SD Solutions is seeking a QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) on behalf of a FinTech client. You will perform exploratory manual testing on complex flows (pricing, eligibility, documents) and build Playwright-based automation in TypeScript/JavaScript, with tests running in CI.

Formación

• 3–5 years in QA with recent manual and automated testing experience.
• Hands-on test automation with Playwright in TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Comfortable with Git and CI (GitHub Actions or similar).
• API testing experience (Postman, pytest or similar) and solid SQL.
• Attention to business-logic edge cases and strong debugging skills.
• Understanding of financial processes and why correct numbers matter.
• Clear test plans, test cases and bug reports for developers.
• Daily use of AI tools in QA (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to write tests and generate data.
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain issues calmly with evidence.
• Proven remote work experience and strong written English.

Responsabilidades

• Test new features by hand with deep exploratory testing of complex flows.
• Build and own automation: Playwright + TypeScript E2E and API tests in CI.
• Maintain and improve the test suite, fix flaky tests and ensure fast regression.
• Own the release: create test plans, run regression, give go/no-go before deploy.
• Investigate production issues using Sentry, Datadog, and PostHog, reproduce bugs for developers.
