Job summary

Hyland is seeking a remote Developer in Poland to ensure high-quality software delivery across the development lifecycle. You will work on code development, architectural improvements, and automated testing within a distributed delivery pipeline.

Required skills include Python with Java preferred, Terraform/Ansible, AWS, and Windows/Linux environments. Excellent English communication and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Python and preferably Java, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), AWS platforms, and Windows/Linux development environments using open-source tools.
• Demonstrated experience with build environments, delivery pipelines, CI/CD tools, and related practices.
• B2/C1 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop code based on functional specifications and understand product code to identify refactoring opportunities.
• Translate software requirements to design specifications and ensure adherence throughout development.
• Perform peer code reviews and contribute to standards and processes for software development.
• Create and apply automated tests (unit tests) to verify code meets technical specs.
• Contribute to delivery pipelines, including test automation, security, and performance.
• Provide troubleshooting support for production issues and recommend process improvements.
