Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Product Specialist Associate to support a specific product within the Leasing & Capital Markets Technology Group. The role focuses on helping users, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to product delivery improvements.

Familiarity with AI tools such as JLL GPT is an asset. You will triage cases, manage workflows, and collaborate with technology partners to resolve issues while documenting playbooks and best practices for usability

Qualifications

Advanced English and strong communication skills are required.
1+ years of product support or real estate experience.
Willingness to learn AI tools such as JLL GPT and related gen AI applications.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responds as the first line of defense to support cases/chats/phone calls from users of supported product(s).
Triages and manages case workflows in service tools, including feature pre-prioritization feedback loops.
Resolves escalations with technology partners while maintaining a seamless end-user experience.
On-boards new hires and off-boards terminated employees; documents resolutions.
