Job summary
Hubs is looking for an Applied AI Product Associate, capable of supporting product feedback and customer solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work remotely and directly with customers to develop impactful AI solutions.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years in relevant background, including solutions engineering or business analysis.
- Ability to engage with customers and identify their business issues.
- Comfortable in customer-facing meetings with effective questioning skills.
- Experience applying AI to solve real-world business problems.

- Own product feedback and implement real-customer solutions.
- Work closely with the SF team to develop solutions.
- Engage in live customer conversations to gather insights.
